After the original call, from John I always had to deal with his answering machine, but he obviously got my messages because someone always came promptly to take the critters away.

Very professional, efficient and got the issue resolved involving a family of birds who had built a home near my outside kitchen exhaust vent. He also sealed the area so this incident won't happen in the future. I would definitely hire them again!

They really stuck with the project. Each morning when there was a skunk or more in a trap, I called and Steve came and took care of it/them. If I didn't call (because there the traps were empty), he'd come anyway and make sure they were ready for the coming night. I'm glad I went with Ace since there were about a dozen skunks total under my stoop and they all seem to be gone now. Time will tell whether any more try to move in there. I like the six month guarantee of no charge revisits if necessary.
