Tech showed up on time, very friendly, went through costs prior to starting any service. Very thorough in explanation. Pricing is very reasonable.

John seemed very knowledgeable, so I hired him. He came out and set a trap and said he caught a few squirrels and would come back and never came back and never returned my phone calls, so that was $250 down the drain. I am now wondering if I got scammed.

I would like to remove my original review of this company. I thought I was reviewing a different company. I did not hire this company because they never ended up contacting me so I never even spoke with them. I used Guardian Wildlife Services, whom I absolutely loved.

I have a critter of sorts in my wall. He said its almost definitely a mouse (or mice). He could lay traps or rip the wall open, but they dont repair it. I opted for traps. He laid a bunch of mouse traps. 5 days later I dont have any mice in the traps, but I still have a critter in my wall. I called him back. He said hed come out again, and I never heard from him again. $150 down the drain. Another pest control service said its most likely a chipmunk and they will lay a trap in the attic. Going to try that route now.

Josh was very knowledgeable and explained exactly how he was going to do everything. Told me what to expect and was certain we would catch the culprit. Racoon was caught that night he placed the trap. No bait traps that I had to monitor, trap was placed on the roof, attached to a ceiling fan. Couldn't have been more painless( I cant say that the racoon would agree). I would use Ace Animal and Josh again. Pray I never need too.....
