I was contacted shortly after searching Home Advisor for someone to help me deal with the Squirrels in my attic. John explained the procedure and the pricing in detail and arrived when he was scheduled and subsequent animal pick-ups have been seamless. The next step is the repair.

Did not call before arriving. Missed 2 appointments, Squirrel finally left through an open door after running around the room, causing minor damage.

HIGHLY recommend. John spent 30 minutes on the phone with me in detail explaining what they do, how the do it, and pricing. He even passed on some of his expertise and information so that I can assist in the process to make it much more cost effective. He only sells services that are needed and will not try and sell services simply to make money. He wants to eliminate the problem and help his customers in a cost effective way.
