A-1 contacted me right way and came over to inspect roof that morning. They were able to repair my roof/chimney that week. I was impressed with their motivation and attitude.

Came out next day for inspection and repair. Kept me informed of arrival time. Repaired a major leak that was 'botched' up by Poarch's Roofing. Would highly recommend!!!

Bret has been the most up front contractor I have ever worked with. He's clear about costs, time, effort, and results from the very beginning, so there are no surprises. My roof was a challenge, to say the least, and presented several unusual issues. Bret came back more than once to follow up, problem solve, and ultimately fix the leak. I'm impressed with his courteous, patient, dependable work ethic. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone with roof issues who isn't trying to cut corners on their repairs!

Brett explained rook leak issues and answered all of my concerns. He made a point to complete the work on Saturday morning since rain was forecasted for that afternoon as well as the following week. Extremely courteous. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend A-1 Construction.

Professional and friendly

When he showed up, I shook hands with him. He had a full tool belt like a construction worker. He had nothing on his truck, but a ladder. We discussed what I wanted him to look at. He got his ladder. Took it to the back of the house. Put it up against the house. Crawled up to look at the project. Got up and walked around for less than 5 minutes. Came back down the ladder. And I had previously shown him pictures that my son took because I can not get up there. He told me he understood what the problem was. He said he can take pieces of tin and connect to a house from the screened in addition. I said how much will it cost. And he said I can do it for $650. He took his ladder put it back on the truck. Left and said he would be back in 2 days. 2 days later he showed up. When he got up on the roof, I did not see him bring any material with him. He was up there about 15 minutes. I walked outside and he came down the ladder with an empty caulk gun. He said if you have any problems, it is supposed to rain this Saturday. He said, if you have any problem, call me. Saturday it poured rain. It leaked in the house as bad if not worse. I called him Saturday evening. No answer. I tried calling again for the next 3 weeks and no answer. I left a message every time I called. _______________________________________________________________________________ Update: 1/27/2020 I did receive my money back !!

Expensive but it worked out.
