Brett came over to my house too look at issue on roof. He worked with my schedule on call as I m a third shifter. Brett id issue to my leak that area had no flashing and gave me a reasonable price to do work. I than had reservation if the rest of roof could not be flashed and Brett went back up on roof and verified that flashing was not done. He then gave be a cost to do whole job again I think was reasonable and wanted it to get done. Could someone of giving me a better price maybe. But because of great up front talk with him on causes and reasons why I would not of been flashed and the service of working with my scheduled stayed with him and would recommend his company to anyone and call him back if I have other issues in my home as his company does more than Roofs.

I had an annoying, worrysome leak around my chimney and after several attempts to repair by myself and friends with total failure, I contacted Brett @ A-1 construction. He responded quickly and fixed a potential leak, however I had to call him back to redo. He came back the next day and found source of my leak and repaired. I certainly would recommend him and I will call him if I have a need in the future. He is trustworthy and dependable without question.

We had to make several trips out for materials, but I guess that is different with each job. Would like to have taken more time to plan and measure. Overall it was a very good experience for my first shower renovation.
