Hired this person, set a start date, waited two weeks for them to start the job. The day they were suppose to start they never showed, they didn t answer calls or return my call, didn t respond to texts. Days later, still no response. I wasted 2-3 weeks when I could ve been finding a reliable and professional contractor. Pretty sure these guys are just trying to get down payments for jobs and then never show up to actually do the job. Beware !

Hey Mrs XXXXX, I really apologize that you feel like we were not able to satisfy your needs. As far as getting a Down payment, we had in a contract that we would receive 50% upon contract signing and 50% upon completion of the job. The first 50% pays my guys and buys material in this case when you signed the contract we did not receive any money it states in the contract that failure to meet all requirements of the contract and the way we do business it breeches the contract, and we tried to contact you multiple times with failure to come to an agreement. Nevertheless, our company has never received a down payment for any work without returni
