They did a good job but didn’t call and alert us first day was suppose to come they would be unable and the Minimal price is alright but harder without having multiple task

They initially responded quickly to my problem with my shingles. They installed new ones in a timely fashion. He also tried to help me with a chimney cap. After the job was completed, a couple of shingles came off during a storm a few days later and the chimney cap blew off. After a couple of weeks he fixed the shingles. Then he put the chimney cap on wrong which became a fire hazard. I also discovered at that point that he did not put new shingles on the bay window area. Since then he has not returned any calls or responded to any texts. So now I have an unfinished roof and a fire hazard.

Steve we have been back to your house time and time again and I have talked until I am blue in the face I will not work for free! Your roof is complete and was installed properly you want something for nothing... the chimney cap we put on was the one you gave us to put on and as a matter of fact you were the one who put the bolts in it! We have went above and beyond to meet your expectations thanks for your time and business.

I could write a book here. Put roof on incorrectly and led to waterfalls in my skylights. Damaged front deck, Did not clean up, never sent warranty information. Have tried to reach for over 7 weeks with no response after he agreed there was an issue and promised to fix. Did not replace the drip edge or flashing which is leading to damage in frame of roof. I am a pretty forgiving person as Brett admitted and said He was grateful that I was easy to work with. Then he stopped responding to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Buyer Beware!

Sorry for your experience with our company! Because you put on your new skylights in to save money they leak like waterfalls. Furthermore, your handrails were paid for in the amount of 374.29 with receipts to show for once again if you had not installed them before the roof was done that would have never taken place either we appreciate criticism but would also appreciate the whole truth and not just parts that sound good to you had we installed the skylights and handrails improperly we would have taken full responsibility and fixed the problems out of pocket but I cannot and will not fix your mess for free.

Very efficient and quick. He had some challenges but overcame them and was finished. His assistant was very quick to clean up the area and left it as they found it.

I had a leak in my attic coming from a pipe boot an Brett an his crew came out an fixed my leak in no time at a great price. I will be using A-1 Construction & Roofing, LLC again in the future for any of my home improvement an roofing needs.

This contractor was:Prompt, called back and kept appointments. Owner and assistant both courteous and efficient. Quality of work and approach to task was far beyond other so called "roofers" I have had experience with. Arrived on time, got to work, explained all that was needed and how it was completed.
