I had I hired Brett Stamey to do roof ridge replacement and asphalt shingles repair job. He said that the roof ridge replacement part would cost $1400, plus $50 an hour for work. He came to do the job and seems to be on the roof working. Came to collect payment and promised to send a detailed receipt same evening. I have been calling and texting with no answer and then a message that his phone number is not working number anymore. I never got any receipt at all. I got home at the end of the day and realized that roof ridge was never been replaced ever. Not sure if he did actual any repairs. I have several disabilities and hard-earned money to be taken for my roof repairs.

Elena I did not have a receipt. I wrote you out a bill and sent you a printout of my account summary at the building supply that was emailed upon purchase and told you I would have it broken down for you by the end of the week, which I did, and you sent me a text and said thanks! For the full ridge replacement that was done, I am not really sure why you think it was not touched because you came out on the back deck while we had it torn off before we put it back. If you feel you have been wronged, we will do our best to make it right, but please do not use your disability to make it sound like you have been robbed! because that is not the case.

Responded quickly. Worked on the roof and skylights. Skylights leaks repair, but the roof still leaks and cannot get a return call. Sent 2 texts and left 2 voicemails.

Originally, they were very responsive and professional but when there were continued problems a few months later they would not respond to my calls. Brett had said to contact him if their service didn't correct the problem but I left more than phone calls and emails and never heard from them again.
