"On a Saturday while trying to fix a leak in my toilet, i stupidly cracked the tank. The toilet was old enough that I would need to fully replace the toilet. I reached out to Marcin not expecting to hear from him until Monday. Marcin emailed me back on a Sunday asking for questions and photos so he could scope the job. Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! He walked me through which toilet specs i should buy, and I ran out and got a toilet, and him and his assistant came over, and had the remaining parts on hand to finish the job quickly! Marcin and his assistant were also very courteous and were wearing masks the entire time they were in my house. "First off, I thought my issue was only with my pilot light being off and instead of charging me a bunch of money to show up and relight it - he walked me through the process over the phone to save money. When I got it relit and realized there was an issue with the heater, he had me send photos, showed up promptly the next day with a new water heater, installed it then stayed for 30 minutes to answer pretty much all my plumbing questions.
