"The technician, joswag, that came out to fix a simple problem did so much for me. Since it was a simple fix and I had done everything but miss one little piece, I was just charged the travel fee. That was more than fair. But then I showed him an issue I had been having with my newly built home of 6 months. I thought I might have a leak somewhere. He looked at the wall, the bathroom upstairs where it was probably coming from and determined that I probably did have a leak. He showed me what company did the work. I called the company and set up an appointment for examination all based on his suggestion to do so. He even waited with me while I was on the phone to enzure that it was all done and set up correctly. Afterwards, I told him that he could charge me a fee for the help he provided. He didn't and said that he was proud to work for the company because they don't nickel and dime people which I can attest to first hand. I can guarantee that they will be the first people I call if I am having a problem."

We had another plumbing company come to the house a few days ago and based on what they heard, they said we had water leaking inside the ceiling between the first and second floor. It seemed reasonable. They said they would have to tear out a piece of the ceiling and perhaps drywall on the first floor to replace the pipes. We were terrified that the cost would exceed $1k easily. So we decided for a second opinion. Jason came over on time and went into the crawl space (something the other guys didn’t do). He was able to recreate the “dripping noise” by moving pipes around and determined there was no leaks. Additionally because of his due diligence and not seeing any water damage below the house he could say with confidence that we had nothing to be worried about. I feel great knowing that we can trust the folks at Williams Comfort Air/Mr Plumber because they won’t make up an issue just to get our money. I’ll never go anywhere else again! Also - Marcia helped to set up the appointment on a Friday night and she’s a rockstar. Give them both a raise!"

What I like that is the fact that if I choose to sell my condo and I stay within the spec of the contract, it will transfer if I choose to sell it. ( I would like to suggest that they get more samples, and give a better visual of the most recent jobs done. I thought my mine would have more of a brown tone,but I ended up with more gray because of the sample I chose. This is the only reason I read it is at a 4 1/2."

"We were advised by our water company that we had a leak and were losing 100 gallons of water per hour. After checking all the indoor possibilities, knew we needed professional help. Lee was referred by a contractor we had worked with so I called. Just by sheer luck, he had finished a project early and could come right away. After running multiple tests, he determined the leak was between the house and the meter, some 30 yards from the house. Our house is very old, therefore had lead pipes. Lee suggested replacing the entire line, although he was willing to repair the leak if that wasn't possible for us. He provided a fair estimate and started work the morning after the utilitiy companies gave clearance for the dig, which was about 48 hours. Since our water was turned off at the main, he was sympathetic to our needs and was able to rearrange one of his less urgent jobs in order to accommodate us. I've never seen someone work so hard, yet remain so extremely pleasant! We could 100% tell he knew what he was doing and also loves what he does. Without hesitation, we would 1000% recommend Lee for your plumbing needs."
