He was very responsive to a follow up question. Colton installed our system the next week and he also was a very professional and pleasant individual to work with. Ceez plumbing came and within a matter of minutes they told me the problem. Within a few days they came back and completed the job. "Altogether, I am very satisfied with the timeliness, quality, professionalism, and cost of Hartland Plumbing’s service. I called Hartland on a weekend to replace my aged water heater which was no longer heating water. Their tech explained to me the differences between my current brand and another, less expensive brand. I was able to make an informed choice. When he arrived on Monday, he made quick work of installing the new system and removing the old one. He walked me through the new system and left the premises cleaned up. He also accepted credit card payment after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."
