"It's a top notch service. He showed up on time and quickly nailed the root cause of the furnace heating problem, it turned out it's the gas valve not opening up. So we went to a supply chain store in Wheeling together and unfortunately the part is out of stock, we had to drive a long way to another store in Elgin(~35 miles away) and picked up the gas valve there. Finally the part was installed and problem was fixed. I am extremely happy with the result and definitely would use Stelly HVAC service again."

"My furnace quit the Friday before New Years Day. Marvin Wooten was suggested by Home Advisor and accepted my request to repair my furnace. He arrived in a timely manner and did a temporary fix to get me heat as this was one of the coldest days of the year. I forgot to mention the furnace is 36 years old. He tracked down the required part and returned to install it, There was a problem with the new part not being completely compatible with the old furnace. He worked most of the day Friday, but could not get the new part to work. We went back to the temporary fix and Marvin said he would return the next day. He did some research that evening and when he returned Saturday, he got the new part to work and I now have a furnace that is running like new, considering it is 36 years old. Marvin was friendly, professional and followed through on what he said he would do. I whole heartedly recommend Marvin as the person to go to when there is a problem with a furnace. I will use him if I have future needs."
