He gave me reasonable estimates for repair and replacement of damaged garage door in a damaged door frame and explained in detail how the damage to the frame influenced the overall project. He also showed me why a different spring mechanism was more efficient and reliable. I chose to replace the door, and the work was done in 2 days. The only thing that extended the project past 4 hours (without changing cost to me) was the workers' discovery (not mine) that one of the panels was defective and so they returned the next day with a replacement panel. "They called within minutes of submitting the Angi quote request. Sent someone out a few hours later who actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time which has rarely been my experience working with any sort of pro. He provided a quote, we asked him when could he start and he said "right now". A couple of hours later the garage door worked better than it did before and he did it without having to replace the door. So we submitted the request at 1:10pm and had a good as new garage door by 7:30pm. I don't think it can get any better than that."
