"Words are not enough to express my thanks and appreciation for the work done on this project. To begin with, this was an emergency repair job; furnace was completely dead in sub-freezing weather. Ticket was called in through Home Warranty, but they did not have any HVAC folks locally and recommended we contract our own. Bob Bergen had a technician on-site within an hour of contacting him. Not only was this technician extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but he managed to repair the damage and get our furnace working again within 30 minutes of his arrival. To top it off, the total bill was less than my deductible for my Home Warranty. I would definitely use this provider again."
