  Comment: We have a condo in Chicago. We would like the master bathroom, kitchen (except for cabinets), the fireplace (the big mental to be replaced by faux stone surround) to be remodeled. We also need some book selves designed and installed in the family room, which will give us a foldable desk within the bookshelves, so that it will not occupy space in the room when we don't use it. Of course, at the end of the project, we would like the wood floors to be refinished from years of ware and tear, and the walls to be painted.
