"Explained my issue to Austin Gas bill was almost double every month for all of 2025 as compared to the same months in 2024. The issue started soon after the tankless water heater was installed. To trouble shoot the potential gas issue, called Piedmont gas. William from Piedmont came out and tested ever appliance for stability and gas leaks. Nothing found. When checking the tankless water heater he found within seconds the water heater was running and no one in the house was using any water much less hot water. He said “That’s your problem. It’s running all the time causing your gas bill to go high“. Explained all this to Austin O’’Neal and he agreed. Made an adjustment and left. Even left me a video of what to do if I want to change it myself What GREAT. Customer service!! Who does that anymore??!! Thanks Austin"
