    Hornet?s Heating and Cooling replaced and installed a new outside unit 7 years ago and replaced the evaporator coils on the unit in my attic. This weekend my ac stopped working and I had another HVAC company come out to diagnosis. I provided paperwork from Hornets that I have a 10 year manufacturing warranty and a 5 year warranty on certain parts. After their diagnosis, they informed me the evaporator coils were damaged and that old parts were used. The outside unit was a 2018 model, but the parts were from 2014. Not only were old parts used, Hornets did not register the parts, therefore voiding the warranty, as well as the installation of the outside unit was of poor work. Now I'm having to pay another HVAC company to replace a unit that typically should have a usefulness of at least 10 years. I would give them 0 stars, but I have to give 1 in order to post this review.

    This post is definitely not true. We value every customer we have ever serviced . I feel that we deserved a chance to come back and verify these false allegations before the bad review. We have seen companies bad mouth other companies to get business. I can understand if you had called us to let us know what the other company accused us of. I?m sorry you were taken advantage of.     After receiving extremely high estimates to replace the evaporator coil, I finally found a company who doesn’t try to take advantage of people by marking up the costs by 100 percent. I was previously told by other companies I would only receive a one year warranty. With this company, I received a 5 yr warranty on the part with a 1 year warranty on their work. You can’t go wrong with them!!!

    Drew and his crew were fantastic. I was contacted in less than an hour and he was here to diagnose the problem within 2 hours of contact. Within 4 hours of his initial visit I had a new furnace and my A/C was better than before. This was something I knew I would need soon so I was very comfortable with options and pricing I was given for repairs. The best part was even though this was a cold call and I didn't have a prior appointment Drew made it feel like I had been on the books for weeks and that he had meticulously planned the repair. I have never seen a home repair go as smoothly as this did. The entire crew was friendly and I couldn't have asked for better service. I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I can safely say Hornets is up there with the best! Thank you Drew and Crew!

    Hornets did maintenance l, inspection and cleaning on my gas furnace for very reasonable price. Then based on inspection of both the furnace and AC they were able to work with my home warranty to replace the AC and evaporator unit. The job was completed in a very timely manner and install went great. Very impressed with this company. I highly recommend Hornets for your HVAC maintenance and repairs.
