"Mark Williams replied within an hour of my phone call, for which I was requesting an estimate for a repair and/or replacement of our 15-year-old heating and air conditioning unit. Mark came to the home the same day and provided reasonably priced estimates for both scenarios. I chose to replace the unit. The entire job was completed within three days of my initial phone call. I was charged the estimated price, even though Mark and his crew had to do unexpected work because they found defective wiring that did not meet the current code requirements and also replace a defective thermostat. They needed to crawl under the house to install the new wire, and while there, they also inspected the vent & ducting, as well as evaluated the overall sub-floor condition within the crawl space. He was able to arrive within a few hours (on a Saturday afternoon!) and was able to diagnose the issue in no time. He explained it with clarity, told me how it would need to be fixed, which included purchasing parts, so he'd need to come back on Monday.
