Chris showed up just an hour after I submitted my request, even though it was after 5pm. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to get my A/C back on in the middle of the July heat. On top of that, he charged less than the competition, and did not pressure me to spend any more than I needed to. I highly recommend him!

Chris arrived on time and was not only up to date on what was needed for the repair, he went above and beyond by cleaning and double checking all was done right. He did not speak down to my concerns of exact issue and explained why he was confident of the repairs. I will be calling him for any future needs at other rental properties. Made it easy to contact him and get repairs done and paid for from a different location.

Identified what the problem was and did not attempt to oversell. Gave me all the options and the information I needed to make a decision. Good price and fast work. Got lucky and they were able to be onsite within an hour and fixed the AC within an hour.

Our A/C stopped working when it was in the 90â s. Chris immediately came out. He was honest and told us what was wrong . We purchased a new unit at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and his company.
