"My boiler broke in the middle of winter, seemingly the only time these break. I submitted a request for help late at night through Home Advisor and Kerby responded right away and said he would be there first thing in the morning. And he was. I was thinking my entire boiler was broken and needed to be replaced. He assured me it was a simple fix, would be fast and much cheaper than a replacement. He identified the issue, went to get the replacement piece, and was back in 20 minutes to install it. I mentioned I was having issues getting heat up to my 2nd floor and he identified that issue (a loose valve) right away. We also discussed options for more efficient heating for when I'm ready in the future. Kerby was efficient, professional, respectful (he didn't walk on the dining room rug with his work boots on even after I assured him it was ok!) and nice to chat with. I never once felt I was being misled or over charged and would absolutely recommend that you reach out to Belair for any HVAC needs."

"This company was without question one of the best we have worked with. Polite, honest about the work to be done and the time frame to get it done. Our Navien boiler/heat combo went on the fritz during a major cold snap and the holidays, a double whammy. They came out that very day. Jared was our technician, he was awesome. Kelley's was able to get the needed part to fix the issue the next day. He came back not only fixed the problem, but waited for 30 minutes before departure checking the system and making certain everything was running as designed. Since the combo system went down during such extreme cold days, extra pressure built up that didn't present itself until the next day. We texted Jared, he not only responded to the text, he called us immediately, on a Sunday and walked us through what turned out to be a simple fix. Things have been running smoothly ever since. Jared was awesome. This is our families team FOREVER!"

"2020, whew! COVID, lockdowns... and for me, a catastrophic failure of our home heating boiler, and breaking just before a CT cold spell was going to hit. Mike's technician visited for attempted repair, promptly as he had said they would, and unfortunate for me, this was not a repair, but I needed to get a new boiler. So, after agreeing to what model was best for my home (natural gas, combi-boiler replacement-in-kind but different manufacturer - I went with Mike's recommendation), his team came in the following day early, as promised, and completed the removal of old and installation of new boiler that same day. Mike's technician doing the work was professional, friendly and courteous, answered the questions I had and cleaned up proper after all the work was done. If there were more than 5 stars available, I would give them for this job, and i'm very grateful for his superquick response to both my initial call and to getting the installation of the new boiler done in what was essentially a next day order. I had called other service providers and it seemed like I wasn't the only New England customer with boiler problems, other providers couldn't make it out to the house until 3, 4 days after I called. "This is a centralized service as part of a national chain. It was so much easier than waiting on numerous handymen to come inspect and repair my ductwork. Someone came out to look right away, and ended up bringing a team out to fix what I needed. I appreciate the explanation of the problem before immediately doing it. I actually ended up signing up for their membership plan because I appreciated the quick and broad service offering which is especially important in case of an emergency, I feel like I can rely on this company.
