During the hottest week in several years, THEY SAVED OUR BACON by 1) responding, 2) promising and 3) delivering. Specifically, they showed up on Tuesday, installed the new compressor on Wednesday, removed the defective valve in the attic (not an easy job with our outdated ductwork) on Thursday and installed the OVERNIGHTED special order replacement valve on Friday. New system works great. FYI, other numbers we called during the emergency said, "two weeks at the earliest."

Showed up fast to fix my boiler. Would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

They were prompt in responding to the issues with my boiler and they fixed it.

2020, whew! COVID, lockdowns... and for me, a catastrophic failure of our home heating boiler, and breaking just before a CT cold spell was going to hit. Mike's technician visited for attempted repair, promptly as he had said they would, and unfortunate for me, this was not a repair, but I needed to get a new boiler. So, after agreeing to what model was best for my home (natural gas, combi-boiler replacement-in-kind but different manufacturer - I went with Mike's recommendation), his team came in the following day early, as promised, and completed the removal of old and installation of new boiler that same day. Mike's technician doing the work was professional, friendly and courteous, answered the questions I had and cleaned up proper after all the work was done. If there were more than 5 stars available, I would give them for this job, and i'm very grateful for his superquick response to both my initial call and to getting the installation of the new boiler done in what was essentially a next day order. I had called other service providers and it seemed like I wasn't the only New England customer with boiler problems, other providers couldn't make it out to the house until 3, 4 days after I called. Installed a propane boiler to replace my oil fired boiler. Works great, install looks great as well. Mike knows what he’s doing and doesn’t try to up sell unneeded items like others did.

Very quick. Prompt & polite. I should have asked them to leave the damaged pieces behind as this was to be an insurance claim. However, my wife was extremely thrilled to get AC back and I was happy not to have to replace entire system recommended by others.
