talking to salesman everything was great. some things we talked about was not in contract but salesman said would be the same as i already had. Th is in particular ws that i wanted furnace on 4 inch blocks.salesman said it would be. on day of install i wanted new blocks , which i had outside. icould only carry 4 2 inch blocks at a time. i said i would go get 4more but was told too late as they had already cut furnace for cold air return so they put furnace on 2 inch blocks, so i am not satisfiedwith this . also they reused parts of old ductwork.instead of making new. where the old ductwork did not fit correct they taped the seam. i called in my complaint and was told to come out and redo job it would be $500. i said no, why should i pay for yourtaking shortcuts?bottom line-not happy with this company r

12/30/21: My condo was built in 1972, so had its original furnace/ac. Had 3 other proposals, yet not one of them was close to being as thorough, or in my opinion, as honest as Aireservs was. They provided a beautiful new furnace, condenser, digital thermostat, and upgraded how I change my filter (sweet). The service techs respected my home from start to finish and cleaned up everything; Brad and the techs were great! Aireserv is an excellent company that without question, I highly recommend!

They are a good company. I would recommend them to others and friends. I hired them because a first company I hired gave me a ridiculously high quote for repair job. They said my Fujitsu wall mounted unit had a leak problem. For testing, it costs $1000! It was difficult to swallow so I start searching for alternatives and came to hire AIRESERV. At the first time, a guy came with a wrong adapter (Mitsubishi) although I clearly said to them mine is a Fujitsu. Thatâ s a bummer because I wasted my time to step out of my company for this. But the second visit was successful. Same guy came. He quickly put a right diagnostics and concluded no leakage. From this, I definitely not recommend my first company, Celco. If I would keep using them, I would end up wasting $1000. I already wasted $140 for wrong diagnostics though. Anyhow he reset the unit and it was back on right away! He only charged diagnosis fee. I am happy with how it was handled. I purchased maintenance program for next winter
