    Big thumbs up to Ryan and crew! Handled my new install with professionalism and great communication. I took advantage of CT Rebate and Fed Tax Credit and purchased an efficient, 1st model year, high tech system from Carrier. After install there were some minor issues with unit as first year products have. Ryan expedited service of unit and had it operational. And itâ s been running flawlessly ever since. I highly recommend using them and Iâ ve been in the service business for 30+ years and know both good and badâ ¦ they are good! *Side note: Ct rebate program not that good. From what I hear people are not getting appropriate amounts due back to them.. that includes me. You have to keep after them. This is in no way a reflection of Kellyâ s Heating and Cooling

    My technician was very honest. Upon evaluating my AC he said I didnâ t need a repair or replacement but instead I needed to keep the AC at a consistent temp & keep window units on upstairs to supplement a system not designed to cool the whole house. I paid $133 for his service trip and that was all.
