What I learned is that there are many different units, many different prices, but what Worlock offered with the TRANE units was exceptional. I accepted their bid, and ordered the work done. I had to have two furnace/air conditioning units replaced, along with a hot water heater that were 17 years old. They scheduled the work came when they said, were clean and professional and did a great job. Everything is working just fine, I am pleased with what I got from them and their price was right!"

"These guys were outstanding. The install took a little longer than expected as they didn't bring a high altitude kit for the furnace and had to drive from Flagstaff to Phoenix to pick one up. While this left us without heat for the night, we were offered a hotel or space heaters which they went to Walmart to pick up 3 for our family to use during the night, which was very much appreciated. With the exception of that delay, the work was exemplary. We had both a furnace and a/c install. It was done efficiently and with care. Any mess was completely cleaned before departure.
