ER Grout was on stand by waiting to hear if we would need his assistance in only grouting our bathroom shower. As it turned out, we needed to not only replace all the tile due to mildew, move the shower head over and add a new one. We also added new shower doors. This job was much bigger than expected, but tag teaming between the 2 companies enabled us to have a beautiful shower! I would highly recommend these 2 companies for their total professionalism in dealing with our project. "We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

I had 11 contractors come and bid on my job and Paul was the only one to explain to me grout thickness, how they planned on laying it, and options for the fireplace finish. They were always on time and put in a full days work every day out. They did an amazing job on 2000+ sqft of floors, fireplace, and backsplash. "I had to have drywall replaced in two areas in my home. The quote came in and it was one of the most affordable. The staff was very pleasant and respectful to me and my home. I was very pleased with the final result. As a result of me contacting them I learned they also did landscaping. I had them quote that job as well. I wanted a yard clean up, turf installed and new rock. The quote was within reason so I signed up for that as well. The work crew was friendly and efficient and cleaned up the mess when finished. That job was done in two days. During my final walk through I pointed out the rock was thin in two spots. They fixed that the next morning. I am pleased with the results. I have two more home improvement jobs coming up and they will be my first call."
