I had a home warranty, they had me call this company, it was nite time and over 100 degrees and I came home to a house full of rescue kittens panting...Aaron and Michael came immediately and fixed the issue and the pricing was fair, then within the warranty my blower wasn't coming on, so I called and they were out within 24 hrs to adjust it and gave me a great deal...I sooooo appreciate them...Licks and Purrrrrs

Recommended by our home warranty company when our heat went out this winter. The owner Aaron came right away and diagnosed the problems, we needed a whole new unit (it was 29 yrs old!) He worked his magic to get the heat back on and even came back the next day to double check on everything. When it came to replacing our unit, we had previously met with some other companies but once we had met Aaron, we knew he was our guy! He was completely honest and upfront from the start and he is up there doing the work himself, not a salesperson like the others. Installing the new unit was fast and hassle free. We are enjoying our heat now and are very happy with Otter Air. We will definitely recommend them and we will use them again if ever needed. Thank you Aaron, you're one cool dude!

My older Lennox air conditioner quit working on Thursday last afternoon. We spent a very uncomfortable night without any cool air. I called everyone i could and listed on Angi and Yelp. My unit quit like this previously and the problem was a capacitor. I tried to get someone to come out and check the capacitor because I felt it needed replacement again. Most return calls and messages wanted to send an estimator who all charge to tell you what they will charge for repair. I think that’s strange and unnecessary. I finally reached Otter Air who came by Friday afternoon and replaced the capacitor with no problems at a super low price. They saved us going through a hot weekend. As 100% Disabled Veteran with a wife who is recovering from hip surgery I really appreciate the help I received from this no nonsense company. I highly recommend.

These guys are the best by far! Their prices are great, they come on time, are super professional, and are HAPPY PEOPLE! I can't recommend them highly enough. I've been hiring home fix-it folks for 50 years and nobody else comes close to these folks. Call them now!
