Before that he also tried helping me with a quick fix over video call (free of charge), but because there were major problems with Furnace we ended up replacing the entire unit Serge arranged the new unit on the same day and worked through the evening with his crew to get it going. This was the night before winter storm kicked in - so saved us some chilly nights. He provided me a very competitive price. Also provided me 3 years of Labor warranty. "What can I add about this place? From the Home Advisor....I called this company and talked to the most helpful and kind person (Kim) that actually seemed to want to help her customers find the RIGHT solution....and just not replace the whole expensive $2,500 plus tax power vent gas water heater....that had also been quoted by another company....but suggested by Kim that they might be able to repair not just replace our defective one!!! Then, the actual repair man (Cory) came out and dealt with my wife in the exact same manner!!!! He did find that we did not have the exact type of I thought we had...(my mistake)...and said he could be back with the new Part in just two days and was able to make ours work temporarily until her returned. Our final cost was only 1/4 of what the "other" company was willing to doo....and yet.....this company...just saved us an our perfectly good water heater with just a part as it was still not old enough to even justify a new one due to age. USE THIS COMPANY with complete comfort and safety that you are dealing with people that do want to fix and even at their loss of extra income to make you a satisfied customer and do it RIGHT for you!
