"I've engaged a couple other tree service companies in the past for my wooded home plot, but always felt like they were trying to sell me on additional items that I didn't need. One service showed up for my latest job to give an estimate and immediately began pointing out 9 trees that needed to come down "immediately" because they were "dangerous," quoting $1,000 per tree - all I wanted was trimming limbs back from the main electrical line to my house. Bear Creek sent an experienced arborist for an estimate, and he proceeded to teach me about the various trees, explained where the previous company was wrong in their assessment and that they were trying to take advantage of me. The amount of knowledge Bear Creek had, and their honesty in their assessment and not selling me on items I didn't need, showed how trustworthy they were. When they came out for the job, they arrived a little early, all wore masks, observed social distancing and other Covid related rules, performed an amazing job, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. They also offered to provide me the wood chips if I wanted them - I did - and they were kind enough to deliver the huge pile to a location in the back of the lot, and they volunteered to chip random fallen branches along the way. They did such a great job that I hired them a second time to clean up and chip other fallen branches and brush piles, again showed up early and did a superb job, including volunteering to cut up the remainder of a fallen tree that had blocked my secondary driveway. I'm extremely happy with the job and results from Bear Creek, and will definitely be using them as my go-to tree service company moving forward!"

You just knew he knew his stuff and as a result, I had confidence he would do a good job. He did. His assistant was friendly, operated the machinery deftly in a tight work area and left it looking good. Brian also gave some good advice on some trees and shrubbery I had in the yard (unrelated to stump removal) which I appreciated very much. (Gave ME confidence to go out later and do some trimming!). "QUICK - I was in need of a quick response due to recent storm damage and I think I answered a call from them within 1 minute of my posting the request. That's fast! They squeezed us onto their busy schedule and got started within 2 calendar days. REASONABLY PRICED - Dustin and Chris came over same day, thoroughly assessed the problem areas and gave us an estimate that was well below their competitors. GREAT CUST. SERVICE - When the crew arrived, they were on time, professional, prepared and safety minded. It was also really obvious they were a great team, and love what they do! THE WORK - We had three 100 ft.+ trees that had suffered wind and snow damage over the years, but most occurring within the past 3 months. The overall health of the trees was assessed, and they scaled and examined every square inch of all three... removing limbs that were cracked, broken or tangled with others and waiting to fall. After surgically removing several of the larger limbs with ropes, and lowering them carefully to the ground, the crew cut and stacked them for firewood... ! IN ADDITION - We had a couple of other trees trimmed, some failing shrubs removed and several rhododendrons expertly pruned.... all in less than half a day! EXPERTISE - The plan we'd agreed to was followed carefully and Dustin and team provided status, explanations, recommendations for follow-on care as well as elicited our feedback which made the entire experience NON stressful.
