"After receiving news from the contractor sent out by our home warranty that our boiler was officially irreparable, we started doing some research for repair companies and found New Energy Solutions. Without any heat during freezing temperatures, Erik made sure to send his foreman (Buddy) out to take a look and get us an estimate that same afternoon. We were impressed with the willingness to walk us through the installation process and the cordiality of both Erik and Buddy. The work was done efficiently and they even stayed for a while to ensure that every aspect of the new system was running properly and to walk us through the various aspects of the new boiler. I would highly recommend New Energy Solutions to anyone looking for a friendly, local, and reasonably-priced HVAC business. A great experience from start to finish."

"Pat gave me a great deal on a high performance boiler as a replacement for my 20 plus year old boiler. He installed the boiler and an indirect water heating system in the summer and he had to follow up in the fall to make sure the heater worked correctly. He did that and was very responsive to my questions while at my home and over the phone later. Pat was very professional and knowledgeable and I would use him him again and recommend him to others. Bottom line - Pat did what he said he would do!"

"After signing up with Servicepro, I was on the phone with Horizon within 10 minutes. This was about 9:30 PM. They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. Anyway I scheduled a 10 am appointment for Friday November 28, 2008 and they were very prompt. The techinitian expalined the issue and my heat was up and running within the hour. Very impressed with their service and professionalism. I am now signed up for annual check up for my HVAC system and would not hesitate to recommend them to others."
