Horrible customer service. Paid approximately $5,000 to have a water heater replaced and the very next day it wasn't working. The manager gives horrible service and I would recommend hiring any other company. I wish I could leave negative stars because one star is about 10 too many.

Excellent customer service from sales and installation staff! Works like a dream! Difficult installation achieved in our stone house — they put in the extra effort for us so we could enjoy their phenomenal product as described.

When a spot re clogged within a week, they came back out & the experienced employee stayed & worked until all was done! They have a guarantee on their work for a year...no charge for the second visit. Employee was very professional, gracious, friendly & competent! Highly recommend!
