"My furnace was having issues so I had 5 HVAC companies stop by to troubleshoot and give me a quote on replacing the heater/AC.  I ended up converting my HVAC from gas to electric since I would be installing solar.  Roger spent a lot of time troubleshooting to see if he could still save my dying furnace if I fixed a couple of parts.  I felt he was very honest and not trying to oversell me on a high-end system like some of the other companies.  When I evaluated multiple HVAC systems and features, the other companies tried to sway me to one product because they were only licensed to install that particular unit.  But Roger was licensed to install a number of different products and gave me his opinions on various ones.  He went above and beyond troubleshooting and installing my new HVAC system.  Not only that, his pricing is extremely competitive.  I highly recommend hiring RAW Heating and Air.  You'll get an honest opinion, great installation, and competitive pricing!  Plus, he's a really nice all-around good person."

He arrived well within his window. We were not ready to repair, as the guy we had come out and do a diagnostic from a big CO. Told us it would be a band aid, and replacing the complete unit was the way to go. 3ton unit for $15k?! We had to shop! Vadim and Cool Air for You felt he could get the A/C unit working. "My experience was that I was truly dealing with professionals. My neighbor called them to work on their system and they were so satisfied they recommended we give them a try. That turned out to be a good idea. Background: I had called a different company when my heater would not turn on. The OTHER company sold me an $800 inducer motor and said I needed to have the exhaust stack rebuilt ($2,000). Well, the motor didn't fix the problem, and I said no to the quote. I also never answered their calls again. The folks at Straight Shooter were all professionals, from the rep who initially looked at my furnace to the two fellas who came to install a new furnace a mine was hitting the twelve-year mark. At no time did I ever think they were trying to fool me or 'reel me in', so to speak. When the ceiling had to be cut and opened up to get the old unit out (in pieces even) I could ee that no one was happy about it but, the ceiling was opened and the old unit removed. That wasn't remarkable. Not"
