"Having had 2 previous contractors, Palm Construction was the 3rd & final contractor that completed my project in a timely manner by doing a full kitchen & bath remodel. They also installed a HVAC system, redid all the plumbing, had my house re-painted, had my deck reinforced and did an earthquake retro-fit. They did exceptional work in a very professional manner. The workers were very friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day, and when asked to do something, they did it without hesitation. I would also like to mention the tile work done in my bathroom was done with detail and precision and it turned out beautiful! "We called some of the big HVAC companies in the area that market with big adverts on TV and we felt we were getting taken for a big gouge. I had used HomeAdvisor for my work before and thought i would give it a go. I put my job up and Cool Air for You was interested, so I submitted it (they were the 2nd interested). Vadim called to schedule an appointment for him to come out. He said he could be there the next day. With only a 1hour window! Big guys were giving us 4 hour windows. He arrived well within his window. We were not ready to repair, as the guy we had come out and do a diagnostic from a big CO. Told us it would be a band aid, and replacing the complete unit was the way to go. 3ton unit for $15k?! We had to shop! Vadim and Cool Air for You felt he could get the A/C unit working. "We are very happy with our new environmental system from Tarpy. Paul was the only one of the four representatives that came out that did a detailed analysis of our home and our needs. He made the effort to design an entirely new system that met our needs and budget. We found, unlike the others that came out, that because there was no cold air return we needed more room in our mechanical closet. The rest were just going to dump a new furnace in the closet and we'd still have the same problems. They offered a tankless water heater to give us room and did the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater as well as new ducting for a very fair price and even though their team had to work extra time to accommodate challenges in our old house the final bill was exactly as estimated. These guys worked 12 hours on the day before Thanksgiving. When I said "go home guys, we can wait till Monday" I was told they just couldn't leave a customer without heat over a holiday. I've never been treated better. Great equipment, works really well, job site was cleaner than when they started, and they were all solid, hard working, and professional from estimate to payment."
