My experience was that I was truly dealing with professionals. My neighbor called them to work on their system and they were so satisfied they recommended we give them a try. That turned out to be a good idea. Background: I had called a different company when my heater would not turn on. The OTHER company sold me an $800 inducer motor and said I needed to have the exhaust stack rebuilt ($2,000). Well, the motor didn't fix the problem, and I said no to the quote. I also never answered their calls again. The folks at Straight Shooter were all professionals, from the rep who initially looked at my furnace to the two fellas who came to install a new furnace a mine was hitting the twelve-year mark. At no time did I ever think they were trying to fool me or 'reel me in', so to speak. When the ceiling had to be cut and opened up to get the old unit out (in pieces even) I could ee that no one was happy about it but, the ceiling was opened and the old unit removed. That wasn't remarkable. Not

Straight Shooter Heating & Cooling is awesome. Michael came out and got me set up with everything I needed. He treated me like family. He was there for over an hour making sure all my questions were answered. Then the day of the installation Eric and Ozzie were total all-stars setting everything up in seven hours and training me on how to make the most of my system. The Straight Shooter Heating & Cooling crew are true professionals.

Adrian from Straight Shooter setup my Mitsubishi two zone, heat pump system which I installed. He connected the copper lines, pressure tested and evacuated the lines. System is working well.
