Roger was the first contact made for my ac/heat pump condenser install. I had a brand new unit in hand that I needed installed, setup and new thermostat wire and unit installed. Roger was communicative right from the start. He came out, provided a fair written estimate and scheduled the job. He arrived with his helper punctually, and provided professionalism and follow-through all the way until completion. We had some unexpected hiccups along the way (compatibility issues and need for freon), but Roger worked tirelessly to get us up and running all the way to the end. What we thought would be a 3 hour install, ended up taking twice the time due to the unexpected. But where Roger stood out was the fact that he and his partner stuck through until the finish line without hesitation. What might have ended up in frustration and disaster with other firms, was not the case with RAW. While in the end the price went up substantially (due to my jobs additional needs); I am sure that if I would have gone with someone else it could have ended up disastrous! Roger you stand above the rest in your work ethic, high standards and intense knowledge and skills! You are the real deal, and my biggest suggestion is to never forget these facts; and to let others know before they hire you that you will be on the job until it is complete no matter what curve balls get thrown your way. My furnace was having issues so I had 5 HVAC companies stop by to troubleshoot and give me a quote on replacing the heater/AC.  I ended up converting my HVAC from gas to electric since I would be installing solar.  Roger spent a lot of time troubleshooting to see if he could still save my dying furnace if I fixed a couple of parts.  I felt he was very honest and not trying to oversell me on a high-end system like some of the other companies.  When I evaluated multiple HVAC systems and features, the other companies tried to sway me to one product because they were only licensed to install that particular unit.  But Roger was licensed to install a number of different products and gave me his opinions on various ones.  He went above and beyond troubleshooting and installing my new HVAC system.  Not only that, his pricing is extremely competitive.  I highly recommend hiring RAW Heating and Air.  You'll get an honest opinion, great installation, and competitive pricing!  Plus, he's a really nice all-around good person.
