"One hour heating of lake villa went above and beyond. Furnace was making load noise when it kicked on. Completely obvious he knew what he was doing. They repaired it, checked for other signs of issues, and cleaned up the furnace. The cleaning was a job on its own since it has not been serviced or cleaned in about 8 years. "Able to squeeze me in, prompt, responsive, followed up the next day. Had issue w thermostat not kicking furnace on so I thought. Noticed furnace kick on/off randomly the last 2years.
