In May of 2021, CR Mechanical replaced our HVAC equipment (furnace and AC), and installed a new air scrubber and an ecobee thermostat. We were very satisfied with their work (exceeded expectations), and Craig is an excellent installer (that was most important to us). The ecobee was defective out of the box, and he reinstalled our old thermostat and was back the next day (as promised) to install a replacement ecobee. Everything works great.

Did hook up my humidifier correct with my nest thermostat, that disconnected my air cycler and didnt say Anything. Poor work quality and knowledge of how to hook up a aprilaire 700 with a nest.

Installation of a new furnace and air conditioner was done. We were so impressed with the professionalism and follow through of the CR Mechanical team. Rick contacted us promptly and advised us of our options and his recommendations for our project. We did some additional homework and decided to hire CR Mechanical. Craig arrived on schedule and installed the furnace and did some additional pipe work the first day. On the second day, the AC was installed on the new compressor was relocated to a new area that we had discussed. The job was completed as agreed with efficiency and neatness. I would recommend CR Mechanical with hesitation.

Rick came to my home and gave us a proposal to remove and replace our old furnace and electric water heater. His cost was more than fair. Craig came early on the scheduled day. In no time he had the old equipment removed. The new equipment installations were all completed the same day. My experiance with C.R. Mechanical Services was better than expected. Rick and Craig were both friendly and professional through-out the whole project. I will highly recommend them for anyone in need of a HVAC contractor.
