I submitted my request online at night and received a call the very next morning getting some more information and the service tech was able to fit us in his schedule that morning. They recharged the AC and also came back a few days later to make sure everything was functioning properly. Overall, great service and convenience from start to end.

They sent out a technician who was not familiar with our type of boiler. He made recommendations and purchased a pump that we did not need. He did not install the pump properly, according to our next heating technician we had to hire. Within 12 hours of LES services our heat was out again and we had another company come out to fix what they could not. LES tech recommended we get a new boiler. The other company we used was able to help us very satisfactorily with our existing boiler. We tried contacting LES to discuss our satisfaction via email and 2 phone calls, they never returned our calls. We are now disputing the $664 charges.
The boiler in question was over 25 years old and original to the home. The manufacturer no longer produced repair kits for this unit and we were not able to make the necessary repairs. We did replace the burned out pump in order to start up the system, and then noticed the boiler issues. We recommended the customer to replace the boiler which he did not choose to do. I personally called the customer several times that week to follow up on our proposal to replace the boiler, and have not heard back from them. This review is the only way of communication we had with the client.
