We contacted them at around 8pm about an issue with our ac not cooling the house down and within 30mins charles called back and we were able to set a date for the next day to have our A/C looked at. "Damien was wonderful in fixing our HVAC system. We had a cooling leak and that kept our heating from turning on. He let us know when he was on way over (on Sunday in fact), explained everything, fixed, and double checked rest of system to look for any other issues. He's very courteous and went above and beyond with additional coil cleaning! He even reprogrammed our thermostat so that we would have emergency auxiliary heat so this wouldn't happen again. Stephen, the owner of the company was very knowledgeable on the different types of HVAC units and the best way to install new duct work to areas of the house that had never been centrally heated or cooled. He and his employees worked very hard during the August heat to make sure the installation process was done properly and in a timely manner. "Jemell came out to the house over the Easter Weekend to look at our water heater (gas) that had ceased to work. After a thorough inspection, he advised against replacing the broken valve as it would only be a temporary fix to the bigger problems we had. So, after an informative and instructional overview provided, I decided to go ahead and have the entire unit replaced. Jamell, promised that he would be back to install the new unit on Monday morning. He turned up on time and installed the new heating unit. I was very impressed with both the quality of work and the follow through at the end of the install as Jamell walked me through the function of the new boiler and what work had been carried out.
