I can honestly say this was THE ABSOLUTE best experience I have had with someone who came to look at my AC unit. I have had my house for about 2 years now and from the beginning I have had issues with my AC unit. My insurance company sent numerous technicians who claimed to have solved the issue but failed. Charles was the name of the technician that came on behalf of Anubis, and he was on time and professional. He kept me informed with the ordering of parts and all that he was doing to troubleshoot the issue. He even went above and beyond fixing issues that were not in the work order at no additional charge. I am absolutely pleased with the work done. My unit works like it was new! If you are having HVAC issues I would definitely recommend going with this company! We had a really great experience. We contacted them at around 8pm about an issue with our ac not cooling the house down and within 30mins charles called back and we were able to set a date for the next day to have our A/C looked at. Charles arrived exactly within the time he told us he would. He did a great job! Our A/C is working great and we couldnâ t be happier! They put customers first here and went above our expectations. Best company we have used by far! Thank you!
