FREE diagnostic and quote prior to repairs being made. No b/s service call fees like these other companies around town. I had an issue with the AC compressor which turned into a larger issue as they diagnosed the problem. Without the parts on hand they had to return the next day. And return they did. On time and with parts in hand they completed the job quickly and at one heck of a fair price. I found my HVAC company for future installs and repairs. The unit had been installed in 1988 and we knew the unit was literally on it's last leg but some how Rob our technician has kept it going. "I initially contacted Viper Electric because several outlets---including my tankless water heater---did not have power to them, though all breakers in the panel seemed fine, and breaker resets did nothing. After putting in my HomeAdvisor request it was just a minute or two before they had called me, and arranged to come directly out to the house. They were in my driveway within 30 minutes. Just as they were rolling up I had stumbled across the solution to the problem (the GFCI outlet in one of the bathrooms was tripped, and everything else that was out was linked to it). When I asked if this was normal and whether we should change this to put everything that had gone out on it's own breaker in the breaker box, they informed me that it was a fairly standard practice in a house this age and recommended I leave it. So since they were already here, I asked them to replace two outlets that were faulty (one would no longer hold a plug firmly, the other one had a broken piece. They replaced these very quickly, tested them, and only charged me the trip charge. In summary: They were very quick, professional, friendly, and didn't try to "up-sell" me on work that wasn't necessary. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again the next time we need something done (bathroom fans, I'm thinking). Thanks guys!"

"Fantastic experience. Griff (HVAC technician) was extremely helpful - both in explaining the issue/my options, and fixing our non-functioning central a/c in a timely, cost-sensitive manner. I really appreciate his honesty, as he took the approach of "what would I do if this was my home" rather than fixating on making a big-ticket sale. That ethical approach isn't taken by everyone out there, and I think it has made me a loyal fan of his work and Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing as a company. Note: they do encourage you to become a "service member" at a rate of $10/month, in order to remove the dispatch fee ($79) and get some extra free maintenance checks each year. That service membership also gets you about a 10% deduction on parts and labor... so keep that in mind if you're thinking about a high-ticket job."
