"Raymond was great. I came home from traveling for Thanksgiving on Sunday evening and the house was cold. The heater was broken. After submitting the issue to HomeAdvisor, Raymond called me and offered to come out Sunday evening to try to fix the issue. He walked me through the steps he was taking to diagnose the problem and the solutions he would implement to fix it, as well as the cost associated with fixing it.
