Had an issue with my heat, had to wait for two weeks to have the part come in, which I was OK with as when they left, the heat was working ( over $2,500). Unbeknownst to me at the time, they flipped (accidentally, I assume) the breaker to my septic. This caused issues where I had to call another contractor to check on that issue. That?s when we found the root cause was due to Landen?s negligence. I contacted them to try and receive a reimbursement (full or partial)of that fee ($150), which they refused. I then cancelled my annual inspection which was already paid for. They refused to refund that as well. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

I found Landen Heating and Cooling about 15 years ago. Jason installed a heat pump and replaced my gas pack. They understand customer service. I too have a small tax practice and I understand the power of treating customers with respect. I highly recommend Jason Landen Heating and Cooling. They are prompt, professional and friendly. "Customer service is your best friend. So if you need need an HVAC company call Jason Landen. This company still does business the old fashioned way- they APPRECIATE their customers and will go the extra mile to solve their problems. This is a family business and I have never had a bad experience with company.

Can you give more than 5 stars? Landen's responses, communication and professionalism are top notch. Most recently, I had another company go out to diagnose a system that company installed back a few months ago because the thermostat wasn't working. After dropping the ball on two occasions, and then quoting me close to $1000 to run a new wire, I decided to call Landen. Carlos was quickly dispatched and within a half hour of arriving, had found the problem and had a fix in place! Holy Cow! Nowhere near the cost or ordeal that the other company was painting. That company was either inept OR they're crooks! Either way, never again. Learn from my experience...call the folks over at Landen and be done. Whatever you've got going on with your HVAC.

I compared their quote with some others and found they were expensive than others but they were available first so I used their service. Work wise they did good job. I told them that their price is higher than others and they said they will look at it but they did not change anything which made me little sad.

Julio did a fantastic job performing our latest air conditioning servicing. We have a maintenance contract with Landed Air and they check and service our AC unit system twice a year. They also. do a very good job and are very professional and give us good information. We highly recommend them for any service work.
