Tech is timely and accommodating. I needed the install on a dime and he worked his schedule to squeeze me in on short notice. The installation was clean and professional. I will hire this company for regular maintenance of my HVAC systems.

Sean Herd saw my inquiry about my not functioning heater. He responded to me right away. It was sorta surprising but very well received. He came out and determined the issue then went to check on the needed parts. Once he had that info he called and shared right away. I approved it and he went after the parts. He made it back to my house and stayed into the evening to see that the heater worked to help us not got thru another cold night. He is a good guy and very sharp at his job. I thank him very much Rick Brown

Sean from Herdâ s Plumbing and A/C is very professional. He call us right away and set up a date and time to work on our A/C unit. He has a great knowledge of A/C units. He had our unit up and running in no time. Sean gave us great recommendations. He follow up with a phone call to make sure the unit was working to our satisfaction

Owner showed up late. Then charged me more than the original quote by adding a service call. Now will not send me a paid invoice. I have owned homes for over 25 years and this is one of the worst experiences I have had. Home advisor referral fail!!!

We got lucky with a quick turnaround from Sean on replacing our HVAC since it failed in the first cold snap last fall. Everything was more expensive because of where we are in the pandemic and supply chain issues, but he was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best possible value within that. Only negative of the whole process was that we hadn’t discussed form of payment ahead of time (and realized when the time came that we had misplaced the checkbook in a recent move), so were caught by some additional processing fees when we had to use a card.
