When they came out to my home, they did not waste time and immediately got to work finding out how to best tackle getting my new ac installed and asked a lot of questions to make sure what I had before performed to best find out how a new system would help me. They took measurements and sent estimates over so I could have options which I loved, and came out a day later to install and was done in that same day. "I had an older heat pump about 18 years old that wasn't working like it should. I called ComfortWorks and Matt came out and determined that the problem was in the condenser coil above my furnace. He said that there might be a problem to locate that old of a coil to replace but he would try to find one, He said if it were him he would replace the heatpump because of it's age and if I fixed, it if he could find a coil, I could be spending money and have more issues pop up because of the age. I thought about it and because he gave me a good price for replacement it made sense to get a new more efficient heatpump. Very honest and no pressure to do anything I didn't want to. He just gave me advice so I could make an intelligent choice."

"Kevin honestly saved our Christmas. Another company had been out and said we needed a new part in order to get our furnace going again. The problem was that the appliance stores were closed for the next 4 days for the holidays. Kevin came and determined it wasn’t a problem with our furnace but rather our thermostat. He then went out to buy a replacement and installed it himself. I wanted to cry happy tears but kept it together for the sake of not making it awkward, haha.
