His quote was very competitive but the most impressive aspect of his work was his reliability and quality of work. He and his men even worked weekends to get a new 2 zone system done in time for our move-in so we would have heat and A/C available when needed. Always punctual he completed all the new duct work and furnace-AC Install ahead of schedule and my electrician and plummer commented on how well it was laid out in the attic. I have an old house and the wiring for my HVAC system is, for lack of a better word, crazy. Wires start off as one color then somehow end up as another color, furnace and ac wires spliced with, of all things, speaker wire... you get my drift. I'm fairly certain anyone else would have given up after seeing that mess, but Shai just rolled up his sleeves and started diagnosing. One by one, he located all the necessary wires and corrected what could have been a big mess. Not only that, but he was there the same day, and his prices are more than fair. "Season Control installed our AC fast and efficiently! We had 3 other estimates and all of them complained it was going to be a hard job and take 5 days at least. Season Control gave us a fair estimate, never complained and the job was done in 1 1/2 days as they said! They followed up afterwords to be sure we had our AC and Heater serviced on time and did an excellent job of that as well. It was an extremely hot weekend and after I contacting 3 air conditioning services, Victor called me within two minutes. Even though he had a full schedule he said he would at my house in one and a half hours. He was here exactlly on time. - It was a Saturday and he arrived at 6:30 PM! Who works on a Saturday night. Even though he had another call to still make he gave us his full attention until the repair was done to his satisfaction. On, and did I mention there was no charge to come over to look at the air conditioning system We were charged for the work after he told us what was wrong and we agreed on the work. He actually called to followup to see how the unit is working. Who does this Needless to say, he and his worker were extremely professional, caring and, like he said himself, he loves what he does. "Very professional from start to finish. Highlighted every step of the project from start to finish. They were able to include attic cleanup ( insulation removal, rodent and pest abatement, disinfectant, new insulation with higher R factor, and new hvac flex ducting to help increase efficiency. They also provided seamless guttering where it was necessary instead of full perimeter. We were guided through the process of roofing materials they used and also recommendations for the actual roof tiles/shingles. We opted for the highest rated roof tabs (uv, wind heat deflection etc) along with treated and insulated osb to decrease uvand heat buildup. In short the warranty is 50 years and transferable!!! Very pleased with George who managed this project from start to finish and was always in contact with us every step of the way."
