I have used Jorge twice. I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean my ducts and coils. Jorge is a member of the National Air duct Cleaners Association or NADCA. He is only concerned with doing the best job possible and is very knowledgeable. Before cleaning the air ducts the last time, he came to see the system and advised that I have other maintenance done first in order to most effectively clean the ducts. After the work was done, my allergies were gone.

I was concerned with my HVAC system and did some research online and found True Tech Air Conditioning and made a call. I was greeted by the owner Omar and from the conversation I knew this was going in the right direction. He was very clear about his schedule and when he can fit me in. He was detailed on what services covered. He had a cancellation the next day so l was able to get service the next day. First thing is that he showed up on time during the rush hours of the morning. He introduced himself and was very courteous and respectful and polite. He started working on my HVAC system immediately and even told me in detail what he is working on and explained to me how the system works and should work. He even provided all the data analysis from his tools he recorded during his tests and sent me a file. Omar was very thorough and made sure my system was working properly. In the end he didn't pressure to sell me anything or push me to do any unnecessary maintenance. He made his recommendations on what should be replaced and what should be monitored going forward. I'm very pleased with his services and he is very kind. Our family thanks him for giving us peace of mind and use our HVAC system as it should be. Summer is coming and we're glad we used Omar as our tech and will continue to use him for many years.

I have dealt with Omar with his previous employer and now on his own with his company, True Tech over the last 15 years, on numerous commercial and residential projects. Omar, who owns the the company is a man of his word and a very decent and knowledgeable person. Omar arrived as scheduled and immediately helped us feel comfortable by explaining the planned services. As he worked, he shared current and future trends in HVAC, found and solved possible problems with our unit and went above and beyond to ensure we had the greatest efficiency from our system. I have answers to all my questions and cool air at the beginning of the summer. He was affordable, honest and full of integrity. I highly recommend True Tech for your home or commercial needs. Omar came out quickly and diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly. He is an honest and straight shooter with great prices. He really saved the day for us! Highly recommend.
