This is an excellent company with extremely friendly and caring representatives. The work they did was timely and efficient and the explanations of how to run the system were continuously available in person and on the phone and on email. I highly recommend this company.

Scott, Robert, Bryan and their team were simply outstanding from start to finish. Scott provided the most comprehensive, thorough and reasonable quote compared to their competitors. Their quote was less expensive than many competitors who offered an inferior job at a higher price. Unlike all of the competition, Scott was the only person to be honest and mention that a new model HVAC was coming out soon. Other companies denied that there was a new HVAC model coming out soon, which obviously wasn't true but I decided to go with Belle Air and wait for the new model. It was definitely worth the wait. Robert and Bryan and their team provided an efficient, seamless installation. Everyone was clearly highly knowledgeable, paid great attention to detail and quickly addressed all my questions. Belle Air was one of the best teams to ever work on my house.

Bell Air Service has an A one team starting with the front offices to the knowledgeable technicians. The staff is always polite and prompt and ready to answer any question you might have and they take to the time to explain all the necessary details. I would highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

After much searching and inquiring we decided to go Mitsubishi Mini Splits. Mitsubishi recommended Belle Air Services to us. We installed in May 2024, as of March 2025 we are loving our new heating and A/C mini splits and any/all services provided by Belle Air. They placed the unit under a low window that one could see the unit instead of placing it under a different where the windows are higher and when one looks out the unit is not viable. I also had planned to replace the low window with a French door. I asked them to move it and they only moved the unit but not the pipes so I still could not install the French doors in the space because they only moved the unit and not the pipes. The pipes are still in the way and I can not have the French doors installed. They said they could move the pipes and unit for $4,000.00. I'm at a standstill

Great service with excellent follow though. The work done was above our expectations. Through the multi day project, they took into consideration keeping our home clean at the end of the day and the aesthetics of the project once done. Very happy!
