"Norman and his helpers are great. They repaired framing in a wall that had extensive wood rot and termite damage. The before and after was amazing. "Never thought I would take the time to write a review for someone to clean our air ducts, but it is well deserved. I called on Wednesday evening and they showed up the following morning exactly on time. Cliff is the owner of the company and performed all the work with his partner. Although our home is small, they spent at least 3 hours cleaning every vent in the house. They moved our dryer out of a tight, narrow space to access the exhaust. Then, they climbed through our attic and on top of the roof to ensure every airway was clear and unobstructed. He made certain our furniture and floors were protected with tarp. When they finished, they even vacuumed our carpet and wet mopped our hardwood floors! Prices were very reasonable. It is nice to find a service technician who takes pride in the quality of his work and cares about his customers. We will definitely use him again in the future."
