While he was performing the repairs/ service he humored me asking general questions about my HVAC system and was quite knowledgeable. He left the area tidier than it was when he arrived, and talked me through additional preventative maintenance items to keep an eye on to keep the system running at peak performance, even covering a few items on the air conditioner side to look out for in the spring/summer when I fire that up next (it is winter now).
