I had a great experience with my AC repair. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. I really appreciated how patient he was with me, especially since I know absolutely nothing about AC systems and couldn’t even figure out where my unit was located 😅 He took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel dumb. I’ll definitely hire him again in the future.

Alex is so nice (super cute) and went above and beyond with making sure my a/c units were cleaned and running properly. He even went up into the attic multiple times to check then change the furnace filter. He was professional, punctual, and came back a second day to finish repairing the a/c unit that required a part. Highly recommend and will use for my future HVAC needs!

Alex is a go-getter, first of the Angi recommended repair people to reach out shortly after I put in my request. He was able to swing by for diagnostics quickly to see what part needed replacement, and even though the supply house was closed for the evening he went above and beyond and was able to track down a part to get the furnace up and running so I didn't have to freeze for the night. While he was performing the repairs/ service he humored me asking general questions about my HVAC system and was quite knowledgeable. He left the area tidier than it was when he arrived, and talked me through additional preventative maintenance items to keep an eye on to keep the system running at peak performance, even covering a few items on the air conditioner side to look out for in the spring/summer when I fire that up next (it is winter now). Would definitely recommend!
