"Garcia Concrete Solutions LLC I was referred to Garcia concrete solutions by a neighbor. She had seen their work in a residential backyard. I was replacing cement on the side and rear of my home. Approximately (130 ft.)(24-30 ins) and (24 ins.)(30 ft.) across the back of my home. I asked that the quote include a 7x``15 front walkway as a separate item. I got 5 quotations ranging from 5500. to 10K. Mr. Garciaâ s quotation stood out for the following reasons: a. His quotation was direct. X cu. Yds of x psi cement installed per diagram. X inches of compacted gravel, x inches of cement deep. b. There was a landscaping element in my work. There were old patio pavers that needed to be lifted and the dirt levelled. Mr. Garcia was here at the start and made sure the job got off to the appropriate start and that he could answer any questions of mine that came up. c. My initial deposit was paid only after everyone showed up and was working. All of this was reflected in the contract that was updated with initials upon completion"
